St. Paul’s

May 24, 2011

After recovering from a great night spent with old friends, we walked to the city center and visited St. Paul’s Cathedral, Liege’s most important Medieval structure. After the French Revolution, St. Paul’s replaced the destroyed St. Lambert’s Cathedral.

We found it interesting that the bridge that connects our friends place in Liege to the city center is named the J.F. Kennedy Bridge.

Tonight we kicked back while our host Remy made homemade pizza dough. 5 pizzas in total! His oven was only big enough for one at a time, so our feast lasted several hours! At midnight, the Social Chair of Special Events turned 22!
